KOKEDERA, THE MOSS TEMPLE

Located in western Kyoto, Saihoji Temple is a temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism.

The Sango (title of the temple) is Mt. Koinzan.

The temple, being covered in moss, is also known as The Moss Temple.
